Las Vegas - Qualcomm still sealed information about the first smartphone powered by the new processor, the Snapdragon 835.
This is so because the Snapdragon 835 debut precisely on glasses Augmented Reality (AR). Device called R-8 and R-9 are dibesut by Ousterhout Design Group (ODM).
To Tekno Liputan.com, Friday (06/01/2017) local time, Qualcomm ensure that orchestrated the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 835 will be ready to present this year.
"We can not disclose where the smartphone vendors that will use the Snapdragon 835. But, we can be sure of this smartphone will be available the first half of 2017," said Cisco Cheng, Director of Marketing Qualcomm during a media session at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES), Las Vegas.
According to information circulating, Xiaomi Mi-6 will be the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 835. It is based on speculation from an analyst, Kevin Wang.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 mentioned will run on Android 7.0 or 7.1 Nougat with MIUI 9, with a curved display 2,5D and 6GB RAM.
